Terms and Conditions
All class passes have an expiry date as clearly stated upon booking. Passes cannot be suspended or extended except in exceptional circumstances and upon written request 7 days prior to pass expiry, with decision discretionary and potentially subject to admin costs.
Classes passes are activated on date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please ensure you do cancel Classes, Masterclasses, or Workshops as early as possible if you are unable to attend. This will give other students the opportunity to book where places where numbers are limited.
Online Class Cancellations

Early Cancellation: classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour in advance of the start of the booked class. This must be done online for your class to be credited back to your account and used within the original pass expiry period.

Late Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booked class within 1 hour of the start of the class then unfortunately, whilst we understand this may be unavoidable, we are unable to provide a credit or refund for the class. Cancellation must be by emailing raquel@wakeupandshine.co.uk and using Class Booking Cancellation in the subject line.

No shows: If you are unable to attend please ensure you do cancel. Persistent no shows may incur additional charges of £5 per session.
Workshop & Masterclass Cancellations

Early Cancellation: cancellation made 29 days prior to the event are provided a credit to be used against another workshop within 90 days or a refund upon request (minus 10% + VAT admin fee).

Mid Cancellation: Cancellations made 15-28 days prior to the event are issued with a credit to be used against another workshop within 90 days (minus 20% +VAT admin fee).

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of event date or no shows are non-refundable and unfortunately no credit will be issued.
All Workshop and Masterclass cancellations must be notified by emailing raquel@wakeupandshine.co.uk and using Workshop/Masterclass Booking Cancellation in the subject line.

Private Sessions

Early Cancellation: private sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the start of the booked session. This must be done online for your session to be credited back to your account and used within the original pass expiry period.

Late Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booked session within 24 hours of the start of the session then unfortunately, whilst we understand this may be unavoidable, we are unable to provide a credit or refund for the class. Cancellation must be by emailing raquel@wakeupandshine.co.uk and using Private Session Booking Cancellation in the subject line.

Cancellation by Wake Up and Shine

We reserve the right to cancel a class/masterclass/workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the class/masterclass/workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the class/masterclass/workshops to make it viable for the teacher. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and you will be offered either a credit for an alternative event or a cash refund.

We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation, or exchange rate losses.

We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, aeroplanes etc). Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.
